Mark Shrader and his team did a wonderful job with my closing. Did several last minute updates to the HUD1, and answered my questions. Mark even stayed open late/after hours to get this deal done. This is my 2nd closing with them and I would do more with them.

I am having issues that I shouldn't be experiencing . I close on Friday and was told the money would be electronically deposited on Money or Tuesday and here it is Tuesday and still the money haven't been deposited. Peggy said it's the lender but I blame everybody for this delay. They need to used another lender if they going to make them look bad.

By far the worst closing company I have ever dealt with. Closing a sale was extremely difficult. They tried to scam me with a malicious closing statement. They had over 30k in charges that I never agreed to as the seller on the DAY of the closing. They then accused me of not being the owner of the account where the wire transfer was supposed to go. Terrible costumer service and delayed communication. Would leave 0 stars if I could
