Southgate Towers on Northfield Rd in Ohio deserves a zero. The elevator has been down for 5 months. Office management including all that work in office don't want to be bothered with residents. Receptionist has a very nasty attitude. We have leaks never fixed and also soaked carpet. Also you pay extra besides your normal rent electricity for lights in common area and hallways including washer and dryer use. We pay for garbage removal.while there are multiple leaks in hallways you will pay through water and sewer bills. Which is unfair. Check out pictures below. Been here way to long found better apartments leaving soon garbage building at high prices not worth 100$

I live in one of the communities that you all own. There is no way that tenants should be responsible for the things that you all fill are getting to expensive. WATER, GAS, SEWER, PEST, TRASH, ELECTRICITY!(FOR THE LIGHTING OF THE COMPLEX) I pay a light bill that makes sure my electricity stays on in my unit. I don't use the laundry facility in this complex, which has 1 washer and dryer per floor of each bldg! Why Am I paying on water/ sewer. Gas?? What gas everything in this apartment is electric! Am I paying to heat the hot water tank.... All of this is what a property owner should be responsible for! These are not Condos, some if these properties aren't even up to date, sockets are loose, you can't even plug things in and they stay secured. Smh

No one there responds to emails. I sent one weeks ago and have heard nothing back. I have been a resident at Kimberly Park for almost two years. I love my suite and was very happy my first year there. It was quiet and peaceful and I had excellent neighbors. Since then, there has been a big turnover on my floor. The neighbor on one side plays his music very loud and the base is set so low, it reverberates in my apartment. I can actually feel the vibration when I am sitting on my sofa. I have complained to management and was told by Jasmine "that's apartment living". She also told me that unless it is after 10 p.m. it is not in violation of the city code. So I assume that no one is entitled to peace and quiet during the day or evening. Also, the residents above me have a child that opens

So - The last few days here in Cleveland have been snow covered, My stepmother has a ranch apartment and she has been in Florida. I went to check on her car and drove past her apartment(F115 - Tamarac} Their plow company pushed all the driveway snow in front of her apartment door. Spoke to the rental office and said that there was nothing they could do as they are "not" responsible for the snow removal from the entrance. My stepmother is 82. Please see picture.
