Although it's been over ten years, we are being sued by the county for $250k for properties we no longer own, and they have started garnishments. Heights Title did all our many transactions. My attorney's first suggestion was to call the title Co. Beverly insisted she only did Title work. Wrong, I remember all the closings and the pale green checks she sent us. Moving forward, I called her to try to get any information. She was annoyed and said, "I don't know why, but each time there is a full moon, I get the craziest calls". How Good luck people! Before you do any closings there, check the stars, the moon, and the sun.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. These people are extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. During my closing process their (Heights Title) email was compromised. I received fraudulent wiring instructions from their email, the one I had been communicating through from the beginning. Fortunately I caught it and notified them immediately by phone. They did not seem to care, she simply said, “oh yea we’ve been dealing with that.” She didn’t take seriously the fact that her email had been hacked and that I had been sent fraudulent wiring instructions through it. In fact, THEY CONTINUED USING THE COMPROMISED EMAIL ACCOUNT after it was compromised. I was upset and told them to stop communicating to me through this email address, but they refused to listen to me. They continued
