I just moved here from California, and honestly? I could not be happier! From day one, the office team has been nothing but amazing—always smiling, always helpful, always making me feel like I picked the perfect place. Jessica and Victoria? Absolute rockstars. They helped me with everything and made the whole move-in process a breeze! Then there’s Ron, the property manager. This man walked out of his office just to greet me with the warmest, most contagious smile—I swear it could light up a whole building. Instant good vibes. Maintenance? Next-level incredible. I put in a work order and José showed up the same day and knocked everything out like it was nothing. And Ociel, the maintenance supervisor—super friendly, super helpful. They didn't give us our deposit. And the office lady look mix with white and and African American walked in our apartment without a notice a couple days before the so called "inspection" A Mexican maintenance walked in our apartment not once but twice. Then we were moving they had to nerves to say we owe them. We put in over 3k dollars, and they could've taken it out of the deposit. DONT LEAVE HERE THERE ARE BETTER APARTMENTS THEN THESE!!!!

1/22/26 update VICTORIA AND RON ARE FAKE!!!! DO NOT LET THEM SMILES FOOL YOU! I was just kicked out of the office because they don’t want to do their jobs! This all comes down to quiet enjoyment of my apartment! My neighbors above think they on a football pitch, they smoke weed, cigarettes, kids run wild all day and night and the office refuses to do anything. When I said I reported the smoking issue to Victoria this is what she does: Victoria got up turning red (hands to GOD) and literally escorted me to the door and tried to slam the door in my face while I was still letting them know all that they don’t do when I comes to the LEASE! When I tried to stop the door from actually HITTING ME she starts to play victim. This is NOT ANYTHING LUXURY! They will not take any complaints serious

I have been in the office multiple times and the office staff is great! Ron, the manager, and Ociel, the maintenance supervisor are so nice and friendly! Not to mention hilarious! I always leave there with a smile on my face!
