Millenia 700 Apartments

I do not recommend living here. I used to live here when I first moved to Orlando and although the location is okay, the up keep of the building is not. Millenia isn't the safest place to be as there are cops present due to people breaking into cars and into apartments. The parking garage gates are always broken as well as the walking gates on the side of the buildings. There are times where there are no available spots in the parking garage so you had to get create and hope your car wasn't towed. My bathroom ceiling leaked multiple times from the apartment above and all the maintenance did was paint over the mold. My laundry machine was very rusted and pieces would break off every time I did laundry. I told the maintenance team multiple times and they didn't care. People will blast music

I do not recommend living (the former M2), which now has this new name. The apartments are modern and the location is good, but the common areas are always dirty, and tenant services are poor. The parking lot is supposed to have a closed gate, but it is almost always broken and left open, which has led to car thefts and allows unauthorized people to enter. Check the reviews for M2; they’re all accurate, including the reports of cockroaches. I returned my apartment in perfect condition and completely clean, yet I still had to say goodbye to my security deposit.

I wouldn't recommend anyone live here. I've lived here for two years because of the location and I've already moved apartments twice within the building. The entrance gate is always broken, residents with pets dirty the elevator and hallway, and there are no cameras to monitor anything. The smell of marijuana is constant. I recently moved to another apartment and it smells of marijuana and cigarettes. Mail packages are stolen and nobody does anything about it, and they can't seem to solve the problem. The management company changed, but they are just as bad as the previous one. I'm very disappointed and as soon as I can, I'm leaving here and never coming back. Hopefully, this will serve as a warning for them to implement more security measures.

We're on our third Property Manager in 2 years; still no word from or introduction from the new person. The gate to our garage was removed literally months ago and still hasn't been replaced. There are only two trash receptacles on the entire property (both are within 10' of each other) so residents leave trash everywhere. There are no pet waste receptacles in the front of the community so residents do not pick up after their pets. The community doesn't have guest parking passes to distribute so they have stopped enforcing the parking policy - TOTAL MAYHEM!! Even residents are now allowed to take up guest parking, leaving no spaces for our actual guests. The common areas are always filthy and don't even get me started on the roach infestation problem through the community. The only saving

I’ve been living here for four years and I love my home. Since the merger between the two properties service has never been better. I want to give a special shout out to Max Cortes who has been so helpful and super friendly. I was nervous going down to talk to the office about updating an email address but Max broke the ice really quick and I was no longer nervous. I left feeling happy. Thank you Max for your help, and your beautiful personality 💚
