I've lived here for 15 years, give or take a year I believe, in a single 1 bedroom apartment. Moved in in my mid 20s from another Price Brothers property and came to enjoy the nice calmness and serine location and friendliness of the neighbors and older adults. Now I'm in my 40s and one of those! The scenery is great with a nice clean lake, ducks/geese often around all year. They also have a good Pool, Fitness Center and other amenities. Plus, The property is ALWAYS in top notch shape. Landscaping is handled often and honestly feels like during the Summer days it may be daily they are out there doing yard work, mowing, weeding, ect - to ensure a beautiful property. Same with winter, as de-icing/salting is common and sidewalks/stairs/entryway's are well scooped clear after/during snowfalls

I lived there for years with my father and my best life experiences were in these apartments. The pool, the basketball court, the creek and meeting my best friend. Living here has changed me for the better, miss it so much, people who live here still are incredibly lucky

My family has lived here for years now, and honestly this is a great apartment community. The maintenance response time is excellent, and you don't find that very often. The fitness center plus the mile trail around the apartments saves money and is convenient. I have multiple businesses acquaintances who also live here who feel the same way. The staff hold multiple events throughout the year with the most recent being a really fun pool party we attended. The staff are all friendly and willing to help. If you want the best value for your money rent here!

Lived happily there for 4 years till this thing happened (that made me move out). Patches on the roof with installation of loud fans and dryers with a fight to get alternative place to stay with my infant, toddler and wife (without compensation). Neighbors and staff are very good, don’t get me wrong but management cares only about their property and rent.

I clean there and the staff is always so awesome, easy to get along with and very polite.
