PLEASE READ. Don’t trust the good reviews. I lived here for 3 months before a former employee told me that I should move out due to the roof not being up to code. After further inspection there was mold and moisture in the walls. This explains my chest pain and all the doctors visits the past month. The ex-employee told me that both roofs were not up to code. I had a huge hole outside my front door for months that they did not fix the entire time I was there. Water was leaking in the whole time. The water pools up on the cheap decks and caused the wood inside to rot. Huge safety issue. With mold, holes, the roof caving in, stuff falling on my car in the garage, the garbage that never gets emptied, and safety concerns everywhere, I served a legal letter and they let me out of my lease with

Have lived here for over a year now and and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail in every aspect — from the spacious layout to the high-quality finishes. Everything is kept in top condition. The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. It really feels like they care about the residents and the community. The neighborhood is safe and convenient, and parking is never an issue.

I am not a resident, but I have some insight because I live in the condos next door. I've lived there for a decade and watched these "luxury apartments" sit unfinished for years exposed to the elements, multiple winters where the infrastructure was exposed to the snow and cold. Summers exposed to the heat. I assume it was a funding issue. I see a lot of complaints about building integrity and I just had to put in my two cents. I watched these buildings sit unfinished for at least 2 years. The wood framework fully exposed to all the harshest weather utah has to offer. "Luxury apartments"

I wanted to write this review so anyone reading this can stay away from this place. I had lived there for 2 years and we have had 3-4+ different managements in that time, I've lost count. The apartments themselves are pretty decent, but this management is the most awful, most disrespectful, and most unprofessional management I've ever experienced. They ignore their tenants, make snobby remarks towards their tenants, blame their tenants for their own mistakes by telling them it's all their fault (exact words I was told over the phone when seeking help for leasing issues that was messed up by management in June of 2023), they hardly ever answer their phones and emails, so if you have a maintenance request you've submitted, it definitely will not get looked at unless you spam their phones and

ZERO STARS Millcreek Apartments is an absolute scam. They act helpful over the phone but never actually resolve any issues—then they’ll just block you when you try to follow up. Rosa, who works there, refuses to communicate properly, demands money immediately, and then conveniently keeps your ‘holding fee’ without explanation. After speaking with other tenants, it’s clear this is a pattern—everyone says it’s a terrible place to live, and management isn’t even in Utah to address problems. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place! We are STILL trying to get our money back after 3 months or fighting with them. We even called the district attorneys office and they had said they’ve received multiple complaints of the same issue going on.
