Millbridge Gardens

Been living here since 2020 and the list of complaints go on and on. I live with my disabled mother and the amount of times we have to call for them to open the laundromat close to our apartment is insane. It’s happened multiple times already. Had a maintenance man sitting in his truck WATCH ME try to open the door in the freezing cold with a bunch of laundry only to stay in his car and act like he didn’t see me lol, mind you It was an hour after they were supposed to open it. Had to call the office 3 times for them to finally open it and only bc I went out with my cart of laundry atleast 6 times as I’m not going to sit on my window to look out constantly to check if they open it, I have things to do haha. It’s actually insane. Not to mention the machines in the laundromat are outdated and

Edwin Barahona was great when we had an emergency issue in our apt. It was late at night but Edwin was very nice and eager to help. He fixed the issue and thoroughly explained what happened and why. He was very pleasant and professional.

I had been living here for a while and I enjoy the community here at Millbridge Gardens. I also must say the lady at the office, Vanessa is awesome. She always so pleasant to speak with even in trying matters. Anytime I recommend someone looking to rent I tell them to as for Vanessa and if she is busy leave a message or talk to Rhonda. Needless to say. I’ll be staying here longer and I can’t wait to see this new clubhouse they offering now!

I love it at Millbridge Gardens. I been here for two years going three and I have ZERO complaints. The staff is especially awesome. They are very knowledgeable on any questions I have and make me feel welcomed and cared for. SHERRY IS MY FAVORITE! Always with a warm smile once I walk in. I might sound to excited but they make coming to the office a fun time sherry, Rhonda, Michelle are surely the VIBE of the Millbridge office!!!!! See yall soon for my morning cup of tea at the office !

Edwin Barahona is fantastic at doing his job! He knows what he is doing and is meticulous at doing things fast, thorough and correct. And yes, Edwin returns items wherever they came from and cleans up whatever mess that was made. Edwin is definitely a keeper!!! Thanks Edwin!
