I'VE MENTIONED THIS MANY TIMES BEFORE AS WELL, BECAUSE I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORING MOVING IN AS WELL.....THESE ELECTRIC BILLS ARE CRAZY!!!! I'M ONE PERSON, NEVER HOME BUT TO SLEEP, DON'T USE WASHER/DRYER NEVER USED DISHWASHER KEEP MY HEAT 67-68 AND HOW THE HELL IT'S RISING EVERY MONTH!!! (NOVEMBER WAS $87 RESONABLE FOR ALL THE HOLIDAY COOKNG) DEC $303, JAN $545 AND NOW A FREAKING BILL $700.....UNREAL ONTOP OF YOUR RENT

We lived here for one year and every month there was a new problem. The reason I’m giving them a 2 is for the issues we encountered and the terrible maintenance/assistance we received. We lived with mold in our apartment for 6 months and nothing was done about it and I kept getting ignored. They will close maintenance tickets without even checking the issue you sent in so you will have to put in many, and still it won’t get resolved until you move out. The more you complain, the more they’ll “try.” In January, I put in a request for water damage above the windows from the rain, which I provided pictures of the damage on the ceiling. My ticket was closed without contacting me. I put in another ticket for it and complained no one contacted me/entered my apartment with a new video of water l

Moved in November 2024 & was not notified of the bedbug infestation prior to move-in. When I brought the situation up to office staff, they acted unaware of the fact that the unit had an exterminator in there, spraying two weeks prior to move-in.

We lived here for a year and each month there was something new. To preface, every apartment I have lived in I get compliments on how clean we keep the apartment. Maintenance was quick to come but made fixes that normally did not fix the problem. We had a mold outbreak because humidity was always above 65%. Not to mention the major silverfish issue that developed from the high humidity. We put a request in to fix the mold in the closet which they wiped one side with bleach and missed the other spot with no additional fixes even though there was noticeable water damage. During heavy rainfall you could hear water falling between the walls. To top it all off, there is a bucket you need to fill with water due to the dryer not having a vent to outside creating huge health/fire concerns. We trie

I’ve had ongoing issues with a very strong and unpleasant odor in my unit that seems to come from neighboring apartments. It’s a persistent, smoky, herbal-like smell that seeps in at various times of the day and has made it hard to feel comfortable in my own space. I’ve reported it to management and still smell it. This may be something to consider when deciding to move in.
