Mill Street Square Apartments

I was really interested in renting from here, then I wasn't. I was previewing the application and noticed how much information they require just to apply. It is unethical, and they should reconsider how much and what they are asking people to provide. If you have to get all of these documents and verifications just for someone to prove they can afford to live there, then maybe you should get out of the business. I could see if celebrities lived there and/or apartments were 10k a month, but neither are true. Places in Beverly Hills and Miami ask for way less things. And let's be real, this is Paterson. Have they looked around this SMALL town... The following is what they want that I consider very extra, unnecessary, and intrusive: 1) Birth certificate AND Social security card 2) 4 to 6 pa

It has been a total nightmare since September of this year I been waiting to get approved. Angela was the first property manger I was working with from there to a lady name Faith and finally someone that knows what she doing, Ms. Julie Fawcett has been the only one that has truly helped me. I been waiting on a reply of approvement since September! I recommend Ms. Julie 100%
