Beautiful apartments! Also, less expensive than most of the newer comparable apartments complexes we’ve seen in the area. The maintenance is prompt, the property care is consistent and well done, and the management (Ian) is very friendly. There is a bad review that says the care of the complex is not good, but that was when the apartments were first built. They have since then fixed those problems. I would highly recommend!

The worst place I’ve ever rented from. They never answer the phone, rarely get back to you in a timely manner. My shower had a problem 2 weeks into renting, was never fixed. The water was yellow, my garage flooded, the place was disgusting when I moved in. They never plowed or salted in a timely manner. When they did plow, it was rarely salted. The move out process was not easy, hard to get a hold of the ‘building manager’, had to reach out multiple times. Cheaply made places.

I lived there more than one year. I strongly don’t recommend you to rent apartment there . But if you can’t find apartment, maybe this one would be your last choice. Just want to remind you that please don’t have high expectations to get your deposit back and they will use every excuses to possess your deposit. I have read that some tenants have to bring this company to court to get their deposit back successfully. Besides that don’t expect they would clean the snow on time , or to drain the huge rainwater, or cut the grass outside your apartment. So it looks like abandoned world or the end of the world. My apartment wasn't cleaned before I moved in. There was hair left behind in the shower, dead bugs in the cabinets, and food left in the fridge. I have had my rent raised twice in six months now and its kind of ridiculous. Also, no one has reached out yet.

I have been at Mill Street Estates since they were open. I was one of the first to move in. I really like living here. The apartments are so nice and a nice area. I also like how if there is a problem our property manager ,Ian, is so helpful and if he can help he will get us the information on who to contact. Thanks
