In 2022 we decided to sell our home in Greendale WI and return to the Northwoods. David assisted us in finding a new home in St. Germain and with some negotiations for both our sale and purchase. We also sold two additional properties with him in the past year. There are a select few people that have been truly transformative for our family. David Eliason is on that short list for us. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, the local markets, a consummate professional and always has a positive “life is good” attitude!

We wanted to check out a piece of property that was listed with Eliason. We called them on a SUNDAY and David came out to show us. He was friendly, thorough and very helpful. Although we did not purchase that piece of property, we continued to work with David until we found the right piece for us. This was an up north getaway for us and we were on a very limited budget. But David worked and worked for us. I can't begin to say how much we appreciate his responsiveness and courtesy. He is someone we will continue to recommend to everyone we know who is looking for property in the Northwoods.

Go with your gut during challenging times. Don’t expect your agent to know! I lost 30,000 on my sale because I sold six weeks sooner than my neighbor who’s unit was an interior unit and sold for 27,500 more. I wanted to wait, but felt pressured to put on the market before anyone else. In addition, my agent wasn’t sure what to list our home for, so he relied on us to determine the list price (we aren’t real estate agents) . Lost at least 30,000:-(
