Terrible communication! I moved from this complex in 2021 and the property manager sent a bill for a balance that was not owed. We have been calling for five years and no one has answered the phone to explain how we have these fees and if they are actual fees where we can pay. We have left dozens of messages and no calls have been returned. I would like to reach out to corporate because this is very unprofessional.
From what I can tell the Staffing was very helpful and I'm looking forward to a long term relationship here
