I really like living here! Some of us with our units try to keep it A clean community like myself. Others think it’s a hangout for family & friends polluting the landscape & leaving their garage, Beer cans for animals to come looking for food. Others Park their cars anywhere in front of others units without respect for others who live there. My Only concerns if you start disrespecting where you live you have no respect for yourself or others and then the property devours itself.

These apartments are not low income. The lowest income they have is one thousand dollars nothing less than that and that's not low income for people who don't make that money.?

So far it's seems nice I family there I was trying to find out do they take section 8 voucher on a first come first serve basis or is it a waiting list .like do you have go through housing

LIVING HERE IS A HASTLE, WHAT KIND OF LIVING IS THIS I ASK MYSELF? THESE HOUSING PEOPLE OVER HERE AT MILLRIVER ARE OBSESSED! THEY ALWAYS COME UP WITH WAYS TO ENTER EVERYONE'S APARTMENT! TODAY, THEY HAD TO COME IN TO CAULK THE EDGES OF THE STAIRS, MY UNIT IS IN MINT CONDITION! THE LADY SAID FROM THE SHIFTING FROM THE GROUND LOL THEY HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS THAT DONT EVEN MAKE SENSE ,THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT SO SMART JUST SLICK! THEY CONSTANTLY WANT TO SEE WHATS GOING ON IN PEOPLE'S LIFE , THEIR FOCUS THEIR WHOLE JOB IS TO MANIFEST ON COMING INTO PEOPLE'S HOMES. THEY ARE ALSO OBSESSED WITH GETTING THE GRASS CUT ALOT !! THE NON ENGLISH SPEAKING WORKERS THEY HAVE CUT THE GRASS AND BLOW IT EVERY WERE THEY LEAVE A MESS THEY BREAK PEOPLE'S LAWN DECORATIONS! THEY BLOW ALL THAT DIRT AND GRASS ROCKS ,DEBR
