Mill Pond Apartments

Manager Dawn English at first presumed to be professional but undoubtedly she's not as she portrays herself to be professional and courteous. After Yesterday 9/9/2025, she showed me who she really is. I felt safe residing here and now I no longer feel safe knowing she's here whether once a week or not. She's aggressive unprofessional trying to be intimidating and now a bully. No professional manager should ever bumped their body against their tenants in any manner ever. I felt assaulted and I will be taking it to her manager. She needs to be gone indefinitely.

2021 update: with new management this community has progressively gotten better! -Manager now keeps everyone up to date on what's going on, the rules, events, etc.. - the maintenance man is extremely knowledgeable and they respond within same day or next day for things. - the have a newish compactor, however it is a large community so keeping it not full is still a challenge some weeks. However, they have gotten better for the most part just not there yet. I would highly recommend $5 rent increase to higher a 3rd party to pick up tennats trash twice a week from apartments to possibly use the compactor to its full potential. Dawn the manager is a horrible person and has been targeting me for a whole year. Please be mindful that if you call her out on being wrong she will go after you nonstop. She has invaded my space multiple times. Entered my home and did random “inspections” without any notice or me being there. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I've been a current tenant since 2021. My stay has been 5 stars. The property is well kept. The maintenance team is responsive, and if you submit a work order, they are knocking at your door the next day to resolve the issues in question. The leasing office staff is friendly and accommodating. And the pictures you see of the green trash compactor are the results of a handful of lazy tenants (not all) that choose not to open the door to the dumpster and instead decide it’s the smart thing to do by placing their garbage bags on the ground and putting unnecessary work on the maintenance team to pick them up. As a member of this community for a little over 3 years, It is so awesome to see the growth and improvement under our new manager Alex. He does great keeping everyone informed of what’s going on within our neighborhood, as well as with listening and providing solutions to concerns. He’s so friendly & kind, and very involved with the community. They just added a brand new park for the kids as well as a dog park, and I love our little library that was started by an awesome lady who cares about the neighborhood. Overall, it’s a great new place to call home.
