Mill point is a good place to live. I don't love apartment living in general with all the fees outside of rent (and not just gas water whatever, but the ambiguous entertainment package that you can't opt out of a things like trash valet 🤷🏽‍♀️). In general we have enjoyed living here the past 7 months but there are definitely things we wish were different. Things Mill Point needs to do to better serve their mission of being home to their residents: 1. Have access with a key fob to the sports court so residents can actually use it at any hour- the fact that it's closed outside of office hours and you have to go get an office worker to come unlock it for you, leave something like keys or an ID when you're using it, to then return to get the office worker to lock it back up to receive your

I had an excellent experience with Alisson at Mills Point Apartments. I recently realized after placing an order that I had accidentally shipped a package to Mills Point, where a relative lived almost three years ago. By the time I noticed the mistake, the order was already confirmed and I was pretty stressed. Alisson handled the situation flawlessly. She immediately acknowledged my concern and followed up with a quick and simple solution that completely put me at ease. Her professionalism, empathy, and efficiency were truly a 10 out of 10. As someone who works in a management role in the same industry myself, I can confidently say that Mills Point Apartments has an outstanding team member in Alisson. That level of service does not happen by accident, and it is no surprise considering th

I wouldn't ever recommend living here after my wife and I moved out. The response time for maintenance request is absolutely absurd, it took them 2+ months and 3 maintenance requests to get our broken dishwasher replaced and the dumb thing didn't fit correctly and they had to cut into the cabinet to get it to fit. I told them about 4 wasp nests on the south side of Building A and they are still sitting there even after they said they would add it to pest control. After my wife and I moved out they said they would contact us about charges but still havent after a week of being out and they took our entire deposit and cited 3 pieces of damage and never specified what the damage was. What was really suspicious was the total of all the crap they charged was exactly how much our deposit was. If

Living here has been fine, apartments are nice. But I’ve already been towed twice and I’ve only lived here two months, once was understandable, didn’t have my parking pass in a moving van my first day, boom 200$. Just barely got towed again cause another guy was in my covered parking so I parked in the uncovered parking thinking it wouldn’t be a big deal. Got towed again, towing company wouldn’t do anything about it, out another 200 dollars. The place is nice but the parking issues really put a damper on my relationship towards this place.

This place is a scam that will nickel and dime you for everything you have. There are so many ridiculous fees for every little thing. CAM fees, trash pickup fees, and a ridiculously high fee for breaking the lease early, plus two months rent, and then they charged me over a thousand dollars for damages, including changing out the carpet. They change everybody's carpet out when the move out, then pass that charge on to you after you leave. They also charge for parking. More for covered spots, and even more for a garage. Rent was 1450 a month, but I was spending routinely closer to 1850 after all of their fees, not including gas and electricity. Then the noise, its constantly loud with new tenants moving in, and many new tenants have been extremely noisy at all hours of the day. Rules dont g
