My experience renting a beautiful 4 bdrm 3 bath home with two other co-leasees in Orem utah has been the best rental experience I have ever had. Fresh start nervously gave us a brand new start as we were all in recovery from addictions and incarceration. I found such stability in this home that I prospered, found love and now have a new family of my own. I was never harassed by management or treated unfairly the few times I was late making rent. I highly recommend fresh start property management in Utah county and I'm sorry to read that others haven't had as good of an experience as I have at other locations.

I haven't had a single issue since moving in 5 months ago. There was an accident at the property where a visitor had busted a pipe, causing some damage to the garage area but the management had everything cleaned up that night, and even fixed the damage only a few days after. I was super impressed. The building is also great and well taken care of.

Rob and Chase helped us in all the process from finding a home to signing the lease. Highly recommend them! They’re always willing to help and resolve any problems that come up!

DO NOT TRUST THEM! Absolutely horrible company. I should have known something was up with them when they tried to get me to sign a lease without seeing the inside of the property. I was approved for the lease but they wouldn’t let me see the inside due to painters. Then they said they had someone who wanted it sight unseen and tried to force my hand. I resisted and went to see the property anyways. Then they wouldn’t give me the code(keys) to get in till a week after “move-in” date, only to find out the A/C is broken, dishwasher broken, shower head missing, trash in the garage, trash in the backyard and the place was filthy and covered in paint chips and sanding dust upstairs and downstairs. Not sure how much worse it can get with them.

We just started renting a home from Fresh Start in Tooele and so far I have no complaints started the process with Ryan and finished things up with Race both gentlemen have been very professional and helpful with our questions everyone has been on the same page with no lapse in communication everything has gone smoothly and as explained by Fresh Start would recommend them to others.
