Mill House at East Cobb

I have been to a few apartment complexes.. first time everybody in the leasing office was super nice and welcoming! Jada helped me pick the apartment that best fit my needs. She made everything clear and easy. We unfortunately had no heat on our first day and the washer was not working.. it took them just HOURS not days to respond and fix both issues! So far i am very glad we decided on Mill House and i am very impressed. Special shout out to Sheila! She helped me get my documents and leasing agreement in order when things got hectic for me. Def recommend checking them out if you’re needing a new place to stay! Oh and Genitra (property manager) is the sweetest :)

I went to help a friend to rent an apartment and I was super happy! I am very grateful, first to God and then to the people who attended me, Genitra and Jada. But especially Genitra, who did everything to help us, she is grade 1000... super kind, polite and very patient. Thank you very much!!! 😍🙌🏻🙏🏻👏🏻 I highly recommend it for anyone who wants it. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The new maintenance supervisor, Judson is amazing! He’s always pleasant, professional and prompt! He completely restored the caulk in my bathrooms after previous maintenance did a bad job. Genitra, the property manager is wonderful as well. Always a smile, ready to help with any issue. They make living here a pleasant experience!

I really enjoy living in this apartment complex. It is pleasant and comfortable, and my building is located toward the back, which makes it very quiet. The manager, Genitra Maxwell, is a friendly and approachable person, always ready to help and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Jada Baker, the receptionist, is always welcoming, polite, and smiling — she’s truly a pleasure to interact with and always willing to assist residents. Maintenance requests are usually resolved within 48 hours, and in some cases, they have even been handled on the same day. I also appreciate the convenient location, as it’s close to excellent supermarkets and other amenities. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I feel very comfortable and well taken care of here.

Geintra and Jada are the absolute best. They are always wiling to help and makes me feel comfortable and right at home! Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Definitely would recommend! Great customer service.
