The finished quality for tollbrothers. We built our house through tollbrothers, a 14-month process, and took possession a few months back. we are very dissatisfied with the quality/ craftsmanship of very poor quality. here are only a few pictures of issues. the work is only half fixed when a complaint is made, and the response time to fixing an issue is ridiculous. the pictures tell you the quality contractors they are hiring out to build our homes.
Beautiful neighborhood. Not too big and community center is never over crowded. Great quiet area and close proximity to shops but not right off the community.
Build quality is a joke! There is nothing about these homes that is quality. . Don’t believe me go take a look. We are going on 2 years of building and still Toll brothers want give me a close date. When we signed we were told 9-12 months max. I will never recommend anyone to build with Toll brothers
Sales was awesome Construction was super BAD. Quality does not feel like a Toll home. I would not recommend anyone to but here. Contractors did a very bad job on majority of the homes.
Swimming pool is a bit crowded
