Rhonda and the team at Closing Bear was awesome! We had a simultaneously close that involved three properties and another title company. There was a hiccup that occurred on the day of closing and Rhonda stayed late to make sure that everything got funded and closed. Tom was very proficient with the closing and quickly drafted a Post-Closing Escrow Agreement on a holiday.
