A little more than 6 years ago, my wife and I decided that it was time to truly retire by downsizing our Home and our Home upkeep / maintenance "lifestyle". Our closest friends recommended using a young Realtor named Brian Sacks. We did. Best Home-hunting decision we ever made. Once our choice of "Forever Home" was made, Brian guided us through the negotiation and purchase process, and we have been so very pleased and happy with that experience ever since. Brian is one of the most sincere and dedicated people I have ever met. We count him as a great and thoughtful friend and would not hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends.

This is a very late review but one very much overdue. Brian has been our go to realtor from 5 yrs ago who we kept in touch with over the years. He educated us about the 55+ communities in the Duval and St. John’s counties over the 3 yrs we worked with him initially.We did find some homes but later realized they weren’t quite right for us. Brian kept communication open and continued to not only send us homes, he drove us all over when we traveled from Arizona the first few times to see the homes and the areas and again when we lived Port St. Lucie Florida. He’s a genuine person and always supportive with whatever decisions you make. He also helped us out of a tough situation with a new home build and we were and are ever so thankful. He knows real estate, people, 55+ communities as well
