I have been very pleased. Mary Hanna and her team are very friendly, helpful, and made me feel safe moving into the apartment complex. Any issues or concerns were addressed promptly.

Honestly, living here hasn't been the best experience (4 months). I very much wish I could have looked for other places before signing the lease here, but I panicked when I couldn't get the original place I wanted and needed something quick for a new job. Mary Ann was kind, responsive and overall wonderful up until after I signed the lease and moved in; then, everything just went downhill essentially after I made a complaint. My neighbors are absolutely awful. They're extremely loud, and the walls are so thin it's akin to staying at a cheap motel. There is absolutely no reason I should be able to tell exactly what my upstairs neighbor is watching, but I feel like I get brushed off if I make a complaint, so I no longer feel comfortable doing so. This is the best place to live in this area. The staff is professional and friendly. They attend to your requests speedily and their workmen provide excellent services. The property is always clean and they are always seeking ways to enhance its beauty. Love it!

Christie and Mary Anne in the office have been amazing and so sweet throughout our moving in process. We had to relocate quickly because something fell through with a different apartment complex we were trying to rent, but Christie helped us get approved and moved into our current apartment very quickly. The maintenance team has also responded quickly to any issues we had so far and were very helpful.

The office staff and maintenance crew did a great job in clearing out the ice and snow. This was a rare snow/ice storm that caught Winston Salem and, essentially, locked it down. Thank you so much for taking care of it.
