Regrettably, due to a lack of communication between the management and the general public, it took us over a year to even begin. From them having a floor plan advertised that we later learned that they couldn’t provide to us. To us having a contact on a lot to then learn that the home style we wanted we couldn’t get on that lot because they had lots pre-permitted. They had to cancel our contract. We wanted to change the floor plan based on the options we could build. Then we were told we had to wait for one specific lot, exactly where the trailer sat. After speaking to the sales manager about a Hartford model that's priced lower than the one I made an offer on, she invited me to stop by to see it. I believe it's E12. When I arrived with my aunt, who was excited to see where we're buying a home, we entered the office to find the receptionist on the phone with her back to the door.
