Lived in a property managed by Milestone for 5 years and had a great experience. They left is alone for the most part, didn’t increase rent as much as other places. There were something we tried to get them to fix, like replacing carpets and water getting in between the screen door glass panels, and they decided not to. Which is fine. The hard part came at move-out. I was charged for cleaning carpets that were immediately replaced, which is just wrong and common sense. Only after I put a bad review did management do the right thing and refunded the money. Pretty easy property managers to work with, just be prepared to stand your ground on the security deposit when you leave.

Milestone took the time to find quality tenants for our rental property and ensured nothing was left to chance when preparing it for said tenants. I've primarily worked with Robert and Stephanie who are both a pleasure to deal with. I'm feel confident that my property will be well taken care of for as long as I have it managed by Milestone.

I have been with Milestone for 10 plus years and would strongly recommend them. They have managed two rentals for us and have always been on top of rents, maintenance, leases. They take seriously their responsibilities. Rob is very active in all State legislation so one can rest assusred your lease is always in compliance with current laws and regulations.

Keyera was prompt, professional, and very friendly in our meeting. She was very efficient in the walk-through of our place, and, to our delight and surprise, scheduled a tour of another potential rental for the very next day.
