But don’t be fooled by appearances. As a long-term tenant, I’ve watched management focus solely on cosmetic exterior upgrades while the actual apartments remain outdated and poorly maintained. The lack of care and professionalism displayed by management and maintenance is unbelievable. Nothing works properly. The gate system alone is a HUGE ongoing issue — it rarely scans vehicles correctly, forcing residents to constantly reverse and retry. As a long term tenant I have seen this place only improve from the outside. The apartments have not been updated at all. The “energy efficient” washing machines they have don’t work. The hardware they use rusts and is poor quality. Packages get stolen and with all the cameras they have they can’t identify the people in question. The gates don’t scan your car properly causing you to consistently reverse. You gotta pay to replace things that break in your apartment. They increase the trash valet from $20 to $30 for the same service but now you get fined $50 for each additional trash bag over 2 left out during the time of pickup. If I’m paying for v

I wanted to give a huge shout-out to the maintenance team that came by today. I had an issue with my dryer that was supposedly 'fixed' a few days ago by a different crew, but the problem came right back. Mr. Eduardo Sr. and his son didn't just rush through the job, they actually took the time to diagnose why the first repair failed and fixed it properly. They were professional, efficient, and left everything clean. It’s such a relief to have the issue actually resolved. Thank you for the top-tier service!"

i’ve moved here on April and so far i am truly happy with the apartment, the community, and the amenities. Overall, Mila Apartments feels like home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-managed place to live!

There are better, more affordable places to live in South Florida. This community is poorly run, poorly maintained, and not worth the price. Avoid at all costs. They are price gouging residents and increasing the price but nothing inside the apartment has changed. A 1/1 used to cost $1220 and a 2/2 used to be $1500. Nothing has changed in over 10 years to justify an over 100% increase in rent. Also expect your trash valet to increase in price each year but the number of trash bags you can use to be only 2 for a 2/2. And if you have more than 2, they will change you a $100 fine for putting trash out at the designated time. Who wants to live in a place like this? Not worth the headache. You’ve been warned.
