We've been working with Estaga for 4 months now and they have been a pleasure to work with. They understand the value of a newly constructed house being used as a STR and price the daily rates accordingly. Plus, with Estaga, we have a lot more bookings compared to our last management company. Estaga is a full service company taking care of guest communication, scheduling the cleanings, ordering supplies and on and on... They also connect with our electronic lock so each guest has their own unique access code which expires upon checkout. They even collect and pay the short term rental tax we have to to pay to the state. Overall, they do a great job. Glad to have found them.
