Midwood Village Apartments

These roaches are INSANE. I've complained since the day I signed the lease. They're Everywhere. Kitchen bathroom tub on my bwd and floating in my toilet. The owner refuses to let me out my lease. I can't cook nor bathe without roaches. The vendor is and has been very ineffective. I walk around this 1bedroom with a can of raid in my hand at all times. ****** DO NOT MOVE HERE *******

SAVE YOUR 1300 and go somewhere else! This place needs to be torn down!!! I’ve had nothing but a horrible experience since I’ve moved here back in February. The maintenance guy does not fix anything he makes a TEMPORARY fix and then breaks after a few days later. This is definitely not worth no 1300 monthly at all. I’ve already made a complaint to the city just waiting on the inspector to come see the house from the inside .

After a very disappointing and discouraging few months of my concerns not being heard and my needs not being met! I was completely ready to give up on this place but I have to give a shoutout to the new leasing manager and maintenance professional! Within minutes of me expressing my needs they came out and resolved it all!!! Unfortunately due to old issues I might not be remaining here but to anyone who’s looking for a place to live! These two people are doing a great job at Turing things around. I now for the first time since December will be able to sleep comfortably with working heat/AC! Hope to continue living here under this new management! Great job!

the management sucks they don't consider people who don't speak Spanish. when you call the office nobody answers. pray that nothing breaks because maintenance takes almost a month before they come . very discriminative .

I spoke with Jodi Payne the regional manager and advised her that my apartment been flooded for 3 days and i am a asthmatic and can not stay in here another 3-4 days until they are able to pull up the carpet she told me its nothing they can do if i want a hotel room i can pay out of pocket and she also declined moving me to another unit
