Midwood Glen Apartments

Expensive for this location and stuff they don't do Friend moved in and Soo much needed fixing.. All Windows w no locks, danger! No real closets. Handle to water in tub didn't work, Space in the bottom of closet where rodents can come in. The board were put in to cover way but wasn't the right size 3/4 inch wide. Tacky and for the amount of money for a one bedroom they should do better. Parking in there is horrible. U have to back out to get out.. they did not design it well.. They get away w it cause ppl need a place to stay and have no choice sometimes.. Grounds need to been cleaned up

Please note I am not a resident nor have I ever been. I've been apartment hunting outside the Atlanta perimeter as ATL rents are getting ridiculous and so I found these apartments and set up a self guided tour. Well it didnt happen because I soon as I pulled up I pulled right back around. The place looks unkempt and very deserving of the negative reviews that they have. They need to pay people to live there not the other way around.

They dont fix ANY thing broken even when code enforcement fines them! I went 2 months with NO air and NO WINDOW SCREENS in the summer and 2 months with NO GAS HEAT OR HOT WATER during COVID PANDEMIC. It is RAW SEWAGE overflowing as I type this that has been affecting water pressure for 3 weeks so far that you can smell clear to Glenwood..They change slumlords every other month and raise rent whenever they feel like it. 2nd worst apt complex on Glenwood and aiming for 1st place.

These apts dont care about noone I need some where to stay and they advertise Dog not small or big then when you call it's another story that's sad how this world is operating God got is and soon yall gonna need peoples
