Midwood 555 Apartments

I stopped by the leasing office and met a very friendly, outgoing, honest person who happens to be the Property Manager, Ashley. She took her time with me explained the whole process from submitting an application, to what I needed to qualify, and to showing me not only available apartments at this community but the other two she manages as well. I never felt rushed very comfortable with Ashley.

parking lot always busy. full of cabs and commercial vehicles and unsupervised children running around. bad plumbing and pest constantly no matter how clean you keep your living space. Residents up at late hours and noisy at times. If you are not of Spanish descent I would not recommend this place to live. and the leasing office employees are rarely there if you ever need any assistance. Maintenance created a mess when they came. Contacted Maintenance2 days ago about the Heater not working and no response and it is becoming very cold

This place sucks real bad, people are not happy or comfortable about the situation. It is unclean and untidy, there are RATS EVERYWHERE!!! They ask people to pay on time, but if your late, they charge you with a late fee. They have been told MULTIPLE times about the rat problem and nothing has been done about the situation. I wake up in the morning and I see rats; I walk into the house and I see rats; I sit down to eat and I see rats; everywhere I go in my house I see rats. The smell coming from the rats is putrid and makes me feel nauseous. It is very unprofessional of these people to do this. You all want to own a company but don't know how to do anything right. Dwell @ 555 has been the best Community I have ever live in . It is quiet , safe and all around great . There are a lot of things they do as a community and it is super kid friendly. Nevertheless I’d like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Darlene, she has been a help in my life since day one . She is the reason my experience has been so great . She is always on top of things and very organized while doing it . If things aren’t going so good she always has another way . So with that being said THANK YOU MRS. Darlene .

Please don’t waste your time and money here !!! One of the ladies that work at the office is very rude! The maintenance is horrible! They don’t fix anything. I have filed a floor repair, a new stove the ac… I have my 8 month old without ac & has flared up his eczema. I told the office lady several times that my ac has not been working and a whole month has went by and still nothing.
