Yvette has been so helpful and informative during the entire onboarding process . Yvette even went out her way to make sure we were able to get a good idea of what the apartments looked like and what would best fit our needs. Upon move in the apartment was make ready across the board and super clean Yvette noticed our storage closet had not been cleaned out and she quickly demanded that maintenance get it cleaned up as quick as possible ————love it here already thank you Yvette and management

I moved here almost 2 months ago & I absolutely love it! The complex is all one level & feels more like a home than an apartment. I am able to leave my patio furniture out without fear it will be stolen. It is quiet & I feel safe. Yvette, the assistant manager, was amazing to work with. She is kind, caring & very helpful. I highly recommend moving here if you want a quiet & safe place to live.

We just signed a year lease and the signing process was amazing! Yvette M, the assistant manager of the property was AMAZING. She was quick to answer all our questions, hands on during the process and so delightful. We are beyond excited to live in this well kept and clean community!

The New Property manager is overall Rude, Don’t know what she doing, Not pleasant to work with, just abnormal individual. They sometimes answer the phone. Maintenance is great. The assistant manager is a Pet. She don’t know how to make a sound decision, very indecisive, two faced plays along to get along. It took months to get rid roaches!!! I don’t ever recommend if they working there

My sister lives here, it’s her first time living on her own and this complex has been amazing to her. Yvette and the office/maintenance staff are very easy to communicate with and even for my shy sister they are easy to work with. She was recently having an issue with her AC and I encouraged her to call and put in a work order and the issue was handled swiftly and without push back. Which if you know anything about apartment complexes is rare. I feel her and her belongings are safe there and I LOVE THE STAFF there
