As a first time home buyer, my realtor recommended Steve. Hands down, you won't find a better inspector that is as thorough, patient, and provides you with the education while he was performing his inspection. Right off then bat, you can tell he has decades of experience and to add a great attitude and personality with pride in what he does. You won't go wrong, Steve when making one the biggest purchases of your life.

Steve was thorough and explained every thing he was looking for; why it was or wasn't good. Completely unbiased. He saved me from purchasing a home that had a fire from the basement all the way through to the attic.. he noticed that the seller had tried to cover it up in the basement.. by the time we got to the attic there was no denying that there had been a devastating fire. I used his company once more on the home I currently own. I can't say enough good things about him. His thorough inspection saved me from what could have been a huge.. huge mistake.
