Jason in the office was a great help. He got everything I needed taken care of for my new apartment. They are very friendly people easy to work with. I also meet Linda. She’s great as well. They provided me with all the things I needed. Thanks again. .,,,Michelle

Upon reading alot of the reviews i was a bit nervous i would never get anyone on the phone but i did!!! Mr.Jason was very helpful i called so many times and he answered all my questions. I brought my kids with me to tour and not once did he complain or get frustrated that they were running around the place we toured. They are renovated and beautiful and Ms.Linda was super sweet when i last minute changed my move in date. The process was short and sweet if you are honest Mr.Jason will not waste your time or money. Lol What you see in the pictures is what you get.

I love it here. Just recently moved to GA and I was a little leary about midway but I've been here for a month and I love it is quiet. Clean. I feel safe Jason and Linda took very good care of me. Very attentive and friendly

Denied me because of my self employment I make way over 3x the rent. Said “our self employed tenants never paid rent” I really felt like they shouldn’t base that off of that. I really liked the apartment and even offered to reapply once I got a job . I was ignored .

DONT EVEN APPLY TO ROYAL MANOR OR MIDWAY MANOR THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE NOR GIVE A CALL BACK. IM NOT EVEN SURE HOW PEOPLE LIVE HERE OR THERE WHEN NO ONE CAN ANSWER A PHONE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR APPLICATION MONEY AND WONT EVEN CALL TO NOTIFY IF APPROVED OR DENIED . YOULL SPEAK TO SOMEONE ONCE A WEEK UP HERE .
