Midtown Plaza Apartments

The location is great and the apartments themselves are nice. The only complaint I have is who ever painted mine before I moved in got paint on the flooring, trim and did not to a good job of blending th colors. The building itself is a solid building, I have low cost utilities. The biggest area for improvement is the upkeep of the exterior. The landscape needs attention desperatley. The outdoor common space amenities are not functional.

Came out this morning to let my dog out and found both the property manager and the maintenance man shoveling the outdoor area and salting. It’s nice to see the staff doing something to help the us and our pets. Thanks on behalf of me and Maury!

I want to provide an update following my previous review. After experiencing two vehicle break-ins on this property (April 2024 and February 2026), I shared my concerns publicly. Shortly after that, a mass text was sent to residents encouraging Google reviews in exchange for entry into a raffle for free parking or storage. The timing stood out to me. I hope I win the raffle, but more importantly, I hope resident safety concerns are addressed. There has also been broken glass sitting in multiple parking spots for several days following recent incidents, which raises further concerns about maintenance and safety on the property. My vehicle incidents occurred in areas advertised as secured parking, and I was informed there is limited or no surveillance coverage along certain perimeter areas.

This complex seems superb for my son to begin a new chapter in life, I was pleasantly surprised to deal with Eva the property management supervision, and she was awesome. She took the time out to explain things in detail and to show me the property in a unofficial capacity when I called late simply to ask general questions ..this has helped me make a great decision for the future of my Son. I appreciate you Eva. The deal is great and they continuously run promotions and I can’t wait move in!

I have had a great experience living at Midtown Plaza! I use the gym & outside patio area frequently, and they are always well-maintained. The staff and management team have been friendly & responsive to any issues.
