Customer Reviews
Toured with a client as a Realtor and the community manager Trent was delightful, knowledgeable and working on a Saturday to give his team a day off! Gorgeous and convenient property. They even have a separate workspace you can purchase monthly. Hello WFH or entrepreneurship!
I recently toured Midtown Highline and was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived. The leasing staff, Leah and Trent, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions with ease and made me feel right at home. The property itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and has a modern, comfortable feel throughout. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get to and from wherever I need to go. Edit/Update 10/3/25:. Move-in day (9/27) was just as smooth and positive as my initial visit. Raya was the one who helped get me all squared away, and she was amazing! Even though she was working by herself and managing several other move-ins at the same time, she still took great care of me, and I’m sure everyone else, too. She made the process easy and welcomi
Updating w/ additional images since the reply was basically calling me a liar. Maybe the records got lost in the “technical issue” too? Imagine your apartment being 75-80 for an entire month and being told that month was all in my head. Steer clear folks. I promise it’s not worth it. All those “lost” reviews would turn you away. Posting my review again because they deleted all the prior ones. And reducing it from 2 to 1 stars because that’s shady. I lived here for 4 months and had a terrible experience. - They gave me the wrong pin and key for my unit. So I was unable to move in the first day. Me and my friends had to drive the whole day with my stuff packed in our cars. - my A/C did not work for the entire first month I was there. In July by the way. There were a lot more reviews with
only good thing is that i never once saw a bug inside of my apartment aside from the occasional tiny spider. paying $60 community fees when there are no amenities is egregious. i was paying $100 a month for a parking spot, few months later they lowered the price to $70 and wouldnt give the new price to people who already had a spot. always said they would tow people in the parking garage who didnt have a sticker but i never saw anyone get towed and saw a lot of unregistered cars on the daily. having a bs “courtesy” police officer move there as if having on site police would do anything to ease people’s fear of having their car broken into lol. i referred my friend and never received anything from them as far as a referral reward goes. for ~1600 a month total after fees and utilities i coul
★★★★★ Excellent Experience with Outstanding Service I recently toured Midtown Highline while apartment hunting, and I was thoroughly impressed with both the property and the service I received. Leah was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process - she was knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and show me everything I wanted to see. The apartments themselves are well-maintained with modern finishes, and the building amenities really stood out to me. Leah took the time to walk me through all the features and made sure I had a complete picture of what living here would be like. Even though I'm still in the process of searching for the right place, the professionalism and care I experienced here has definitely made Midtown Highline a top con
