A quiet and clean community. Every residence has issues but Ana and Lazaro go above and beyond. They are truly what makes this community worth living at. They care and do their best to help. We are lucky for them both. Lazaro listens to issues and goes out of his way to help. Ana is attentive to detail and kind. Gems that make this place function better daily!!

Lived here for a little longer 1.5 years and I can say that it’s pretty great for the price. Sure parking can be an issue but it’s not an issue of finding spots but finding a spot close to your apartment but that’s pretty standard when you don’t have reserved parking. You have the Brightline to go places to avoid Uber costs and Aldis/Publix/Win-Dixie are all within a 6 min drive. The only real draw backs are getting to 95 during the morning on school days or after work which it’s more of an Aventura issue not apartment issue and the fact that the gym closes at 10PM and they will kick you out if you try to stay longer. All-in-All you really can’t go wrong here unless you want walkability but that something you’ll only find in Brickell or DT Fort Lauderdale

Nice place to live but the parking is terrible. You have to pay $5 a month per car then ride around looking for parking which there isn’t any if you get home after 9pm. Resident cars are towed nightly due to curb parking but that’s the only choice unless you park elsewhere and walk home. Gym is no longer 24hrs so good luck working out after work. Ana in the office is amazing

Ana at the leasing office is super knowledgeable and kind. She takes her time explaining and showing everything in detail and is very transparent. Great service and lovely community. There are townhouses and apartments. Well maintained and well kept.

I've been living here for a 6 months now. It's a decent complex, has it's pros and cons, my overall score is good. Pros: it's new, that is, it has a great condition, nice furniture, bath tubes, public amenities; mostly adequate neighbors; good noise protection (building has all concrete walls and floors); it's located right across the street from Aventura Mall (if you're into shopping). Cons: parking is outdoor only, sometimes (rarely) it's not easy to find a spot; some neighbors may make you sad (pot, trash in the hallway, bad parking, etc); street location - it's far from good, sometimes delivery or taxi drivers can't find you at all; railway right across the street (affects only nearest buildings); it's a bit pricy on my opinion.
