Hi, I am Amber. I leased a unit for 1 year. It was my first ever acquiring my own place to live. I have very poor credit and Miss Lee took the risk with me and gave me the opportunity to experience a really positive first time renting an apartment. She was and is always understanding that life happens and as long as you communicate and understand that she too has a responsibility to all her properties, she’s very very flexible and forgiving. I would’ve renewed my lease if I wasn’t planning on moving out the state. I was definitely pleased with my experience, it allowed me to learn a lot of about what I seek in a property manager in the future and standards for a complex! Mrs.Lamika was the best. It is my first time purchasing my own apartment and she made the process quick and easy. She is also very professional, kind, and welcoming. She gave me a tour of my apartment and everything looked nice and clean. I’d recommend coming here for first time buyers and buyers in general.

The process moving in was easy … Ms Lamika was very informative and very kind. She made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I understood everything. As far as the apartment goes I say that they definitely took their time to make sure everything worked and was in its place.. 100% recommend. I’m sure you’ll love it.

She made the leasing process seamless, answering all my questions and ensuring that everything was set up smoothly for my move-in. Her professionalism and attention to detail have truly stood out, and it’s clear that she cares about making residents feel comfortable and well taken care of.
