Midtown 300

I had a scheduled apartment viewing at Midtown 300 on December 6, 2025 at 9:30 AM, which had been confirmed in advance via email with the leasing manager. I arrived approximately 10 minutes late due to limited parking and the need to locate visitor parking. Upon checking in and giving my name, the leasing manager did not appear to recognize the appointment or review my profile. Instead, the interaction immediately shifted into a verbal pre-screening focused on my credit score, income, and creditworthiness. This was surprising, as I had already completed the online application and uploaded supporting documentation, including pay stubs, rental history, and employment information, and had already corresponded with the leasing office. Wonderful location, well kept clean. Good management responds quickly to any issue. Parking Lot well lit. Underground parking available. Wonderful work out area in lower level. Quaint outdoor courtyard with bbq pits and tables. Convenient to slu and wash university. Close to the foundry, hospitals, in the heart of midtown Stl.

I’ve been here for 3 years, and am excited to finally move elsewhere very soon. The short: I wish I was smarter about looking before making a snap decision to move here. I was in a rush when I was looking. Firstly, this place has a serious problem with roaches (which I personally have been dealing with for a while) and, according to other tenants I’ve spoken to, bedbugs. There’s practically no amount of pest control, spraying on your own, or other common sense practices that you can do to keep the roaches away. Staff IS helpful when you inform them, and it’s not their fault really, but it’s concerning that this is such a common issue here that doesn’t seem to stop. Michelle, in particular, goes above and beyond to make newcomers feel welcome and helps them get familiar with the building. The property is very well-maintained and always clean, with a friendly and approachable team.
