I've lived in 5 different buildings over the course of the past 20 years inside the downtown loop and Midland Lofts is by far my favorite! Combining modern elegance with the historic patina of the facility, truly makes a warm beautiful welcome home everyday! Chase Hamilton goes above and beyond to take care of any questions concerning amenities or maintenance request immediately! Endless restaurant and dining choices just footsteps in every direction. I may very well grow old here!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Midland Lofts! When I toured Midland I knew instantly that it was the perfect place for me. I have now resigned my lease for another year because it has been so great! The community we have built here is wonderful and the management has also been so great! Anytime I have questions or need help Chase is quick to respond with a great solution :) Our amenities are always in tip top shape! Plus we have amazing neighbor events with the other Cordish properties that are always so fun! I would highly recommend Midland to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I've lived here at Midland for a year now and have had nothing short of an amazing experience! I moved in the very first day they opened, so I've been here through it all. Our maintenance staff is on top of any issue faster than anywhere I've lived before and the entire staff is wholeheartedly committed to addressing any concerns that may arise. Our amenities are beautiful and kept pristine--we are a favorite space to host friends! We get access to amazing events and the people who live here really are a big family. I would not change my decision to live here for anything!

My name is Jacob, New to the Downtown Area/Living signed my lease in August. After being here a few weeks it's time to leave a review. From the application process to the move in process Chase and Andre were awesome, not missing any detail when it came to what's expected of us as residents and what the property offers in Ammenities. Everything was explained and showed in detail with the different apps on the phone such as the resident portal and getting familiar with the key fob. 5 star service, and it showes in the appearance and safety of the property. For newcomers looking or thinking of moving, this property is a GEM, if your looking for Elegance, simplicity, and Security there is no second best. #MIDLAND LOFTS# stands well above the competition, no comparison!!!

Took off work early for a tour, paid for event priced parking (because no one would answer the phones to tell me where “future resident parking” was located), and wasted 20 minutes standing in an empty lobby. No one ever came to greet me for a tour that was confirmed just hours before. I called multiple times and could hear the phone ringing in the office, but there was no one to be found. Happy I discovered the incompetence before deciding to move here.
