Middletowne has been where I call home for 8 years. The view from my balcony as the sunsets are priceless. My own little paradise. The associates from All departments are professional , respectful and always kind. They are always working on ways to make our living experience better. The Middletowne staff - office, engineering, and cleaning - are always friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. I had an emergency on Christmas Eve having my purse stolen and the staff were extremely helpful to replace my locks all before closing for the holiday. I am fortunate to have such caring people working where I live.

I’ve been living at Middletowne for two years. Recently the apartments and the building have been nice upgrades and revitalization and I just wanted to say how great the changes are… My balcony has been completely renovated and the railings have been replaced. A new and highly functional door was installed, which makes the exterior look even better. Thanks also to the office staff for their clear communication, especially Vanessa, who is always so kind and helpful.

Was living here this will be my last year living here the bosses are rude and disrespectful. Always see one maintence man called Luis never doing any work and when i ask for help he always tells me he’s going to send someone but never does and I’ll have to call the office to leave a report or anything then it’s my problem when i call or when i ask them for help. Overall the apt is not worth the money. I had mold build up for several month my neighbor had a mold build up his entire time living there and all they do is paint over it. Honestly truly be careful with choosing a Southern management property

I lived at Middletowne Towers on three occasions between 2000 and 2016, initially to work at Fort Meade, then elsewhere in DMV. It's a convenient location for commuting to DC or Baltimore, and plenty of nearby shopping. I was a repeat resident because the building, while older, was safe and well maintained, and the management and staff were always helpful.
