You’re better off just buying an empty unfurnished one and do it yourself ! Nobody is going to pay a million dollars to live it middle town pay 20k in taxes and Hoa for a tiny pool !! Oh wow you're near a target not to mention all the steps you have to walk up everyday- ! There is zero incentive to buy in there ! Prices need to come back to reality

We have lived here for 1 year and absolutely love the location, our home and, our neighbors. Throughout the past year, we had some issues that were addressed by Giovanni Webb at Toll Brothers and the air conditioning team. We just finished our 1 year warranty and all our concerns were addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.

Mike G, Joe, Melissa and the entire crew on-site have been extremely helpful in making a beautiful home for my family. Tasia from the home office who confirms that work orders have been completed has been an absolute angel. She follows up and is diligent in ensuring that everything is completed. Very happy with how this team has made this experience. *Update, I have lived in my home since October and unfortunately the workmanship is not good at all. Absolutely zero attention to detail or care for finishing touches. Extremely disappointed, I am bringing in my own guys to finish this as they should for a home demanding this type of a purchase price.

My 1 star is for Toll Brother in general. Recently purchased in Holmdel and can honestly say that they make a lot of promises when you purchase but since they go through employees like socks those promises are soon forgotten about. I have been waiting since last year to have my warranty items repaired but since the community is nearly done they are ignoring what they should be taking care of. When purchasing a new home or townhome beware that most of their upgrades are not worth the price. I upgraded the Hardwood floors and they continue to splinter and I am not the only one this has happen too. When the floor repair guy came to replace I asked him why this was happening and I was told it was because they are cheap floors, even though i paid to upgrade. The nail pops throughout my Townhous

The developments were very nice, the area seems beautiful. When asked for information on the affordable units, the leasing agents seemed to not give a moment of her time to speak to me about the process or give me any further information. But it was a good was nice to see a community being built
