She helped coordinate financing, inspections, the attorney, and every detail—always staying on top of things and keeping everyone informed and on task. Her expertise and great eye for detail gave us confidence throughout the process. She stayed with us right to the end to make sure we were in our new house, and I was only joking about mimosas—but she made that happen too! Helen went above and beyond what other real estate professionals would have done. Helen guided us every step of the way through the process of selling our home and buying a new one. Her advice was perfect regarding how to decorate and stage the house we were selling, how to negotiate with the buyers, deal with the attorneys and deal with the inspectors and all the permits that were needed.
