I love the little cute apartments.And I love that every apartment has a back door unto the garden. Very neat and well kept. The residents seemed happy and relaxed comma the housing is very affordable. 2 residents and I, what's the beautiful snapping turtle? Go into the woods. It's very quiet surprisingly other than a distant traffic sound.

Temperature is always, always too warm in the hallways, needs better cleaning. The rugs were taken off the stairs, not a pretty site. Paint chipping and cracks in walls. The place needs attention.

Noisy upstairs neighbor still waiting for a storage bin..told large waiting list…. Cracked corner walls from ice on roof they say it’s the building settling what a laugh..Windows that you can’t open, and when it rains you need to put something near bottom of door so water doesn’t come in…halls aren’t cleaned and need painting And rug pieces coming up..where are the owners to come and check on buildings…

This place is an absolute nightmare , pathetic. I find it disturbing that this is considered senior living ? And that Dolphin management who supposedly owns this complex or management never responds to these reviews The sidewalks and lot are not salted when it’s icy , they have the poor maintenance man out here trying to hand throw a bag of salt and then leaves it out in a bucket , the drainage is ridiculous and with any rain or snow melt it pools and is a complete sheet of ice that you cannot see until it’s too late . I have personally picked up from the parking lot 2 senior citizens that fell in the parking lot You know why they get away with it ? Because They ARE SENIORS AND DON’T KNOW how TO WRITE REVIEWS OR SEND EMAILS OR CONTACT THEIR REPRESENTATIVES! This is elder abuse.!! In the w
