Middle Creek Lofts

I have been a resident at Middle creek lofts in Charlotte nc since June of 2025. I pay my rent on time every month, I cause no problems, I’m barely even there due to me working at a hospital 12 plus hours at a time. I come to complain about multiple things going on at the property. The place is a pure hell hole. Kids are running up and down hallways at 11/12pm at night, trash everywhere, playing knock knock zoom zoom, breaking the elevators! Having their dogs pee and poop in the halls. Very disgusting. There are some that smoke in the buildings and nothing is ever done about it. I have had 3 flare ups from the smoke. Nothing is done about it. There’s cameras everywhere no one ever views them. There are shootings to where my windshield and dashboard was hit. I paid almost 4,000 to get it f

I honestly forgot about being on the waitlist until I received an email saying that I had finally reached the top, but I had 24 hours to respond. I received the email yesterday and the 24 would be today so I've called and left 10 voicemails and 10 emails!!! I don't understand why y'all would get someone's hopes up and not get respond to anything 😕 ‼️EDITED‼️Angela reached out to me the other day and then someone reached out to me today explaining that they're swamped with calls and email. I just wanted to make an updated review and apologize! I suffer from a defect of wanting things done when I want them done and thats on me not on them!!!

My over all experience here has been horrible! I appreciate the staff and maintenance team very much, yet the residents at this place is the absolute worst!!!! It’s such and unpleasant living environment! I can’t sleep at night because the neighbors! You have to sleep at night and be up all day with the drama, domestic violence, and do not let me get on these folks children! Just awful! I would not recommend this place to no one! My dog barely barks but she can’t even have peace in the comforts of our space because we hear everyone else noise! It send her into a panic attack! I regret moving here

My best friend lives here and she now hates the place. The residents don't care about keeping the beautiful property clean at all. They trash the elevators, the walls and floors are scuffed up and dirty, people litter the grounds with chip bags, cups even shoes! My friend told me she's also had several packages stolen B4 package lockers were finally up and working smfh. It's such a shame because the place is absolutely gorgeous but the people there are disgusting and are trashing it up. Maintenance even hates working there due to the nastiness of the residents. Living there is not worth the "Affordable" rent they are charging. One lady had a break-in attempt of her house, a few people had their cars broken into with zero care by the office staff. I must say as much as I enjoy my apartment I also enjoy that I can be greeted in the mornings with such helpful maintenance men mr cherry himself was very helpful to me when needed early morning in the cold and also is always helping keeping our grounds clean and I appreciate the staff as well and they have been very helpful
