Midcrown Senior Pavillion

I pray for the people of Midcrown Pavilion. People of Midcrown Pavillion or anyone that visits this location, be WARNED!!!! There is a bed bug infestation in the complex, people think they have roaches, when this is not the case. The roaches that people are not aware of are actually bed bugs. The apartment complex needs to be fully renovated entirely. Don’t let your family members move here. This is still an ongoing process. I’ll keep updating as this transfer process is in the beginning stages.

It was clear that they were aware of my review and were not pleased. As a resident, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of any concerns I may have. I have lived here for a little over a year. I have discussed these issues with Management from the time I moved in. Roached are horrible. I have asked to be on the "list" to be sprayed monthly. That never happened. I have been trying to get a parking spot CLOSE TO MY APT as long as I have lived here. People that moved in AFTER me have gotten the spots. The amenities are a JOKE! They open the Gym, Media room, and game room from 10-4. Some of us Seniors work until 5-5:30. The pool was closed all last year (Covid) and didn't open this year until well after Memorial Day. Went to swim this weekend, it is locked up. No notice. The trash is always full. The gates are usually broken, and the coded door to get into the main building is ALWAS UNLOCKED. This place is NOT SECURE at all! I found

No these people do not go by income my mom has been there a year now and she has been in a small one bedroom for $800.00 hundred a month she is on Disability that is not much i am looking for my mom another place that will help her so she don't have to worry about her lights, internet, food and ect.

You know I woke up this morning to find our fence vandalized and now they're just letting any type of people move here I thought this was the place for people that were retired or disabled people but now just anybody can live here especially mental people and it's an outrage for me! So now they're just letting anybody come vandalize our property that I pay rent for and I can't even use the pool yet and it's been over a month I'm pissed!!!
