I have one of my worst experiences there. HOA ask to reconstruct the balcony without even bothering to ask. The original schedule is from July to October but it turns out the construction is extended to February. We are unable to use AC in summer and winter. Right now room temperature is 60 but we do not have access to AC. Whoever wants to live in the neighborhood, plz be mindful about it.
