Shannon was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed to before moving in, signing documents and communicated very well with me even while I was working at my job. She's understanding and even worked with me on getting my application setup and finished because of my hectic worked hours. She went the extra mile to get my application finished by going in her office over the weekend when they were closed to help get me in my new place. She really loves her job and she's very welcoming. She really likes to help her clients and work with them so everything goes smoothly and moves faster to get you approved in no time.
