Unfortunately my experience with this realtor was not a good one. She recommended a tenant to me and it has become a living nightmare. Both her and her daughter vouched for this tenant saying that she was a good person and that she was always on time with the rent. But this was far from true. From the start of the lease this tenant broke and disregarded all the stipulations of the lease agreement that the tenant read and signed. When the matter was brought to Miss Smalls and her daughter’s attention my complaints were and are still being disregarded. Through phone calls texts and emails I have sought their help in dealing with this situation but there responses to were either not helpful or downright dismissive. So I will not be doing business with Michelle Smalls and her realty company

Unfortunately my experience wasn't great. Please do your due diligence and research your future tenants. This group doesn't give a truthful impression of the tenants they place in your property.
