Above and Beyond Service. I was paired with Ms. Michelle Kahl via a program from Navy Federal Credit Union when I was ready to list my late mother's house for sale and I could not have asked for better service. In addition to the emotions that go into an estate sale, I was also not local to the property. I am in Pennsylvania and my mother's property was in Maryland. Michelle went above and beyond what I ever would have expected a realtor to do. She was able to give me local contractor recommendations when some repairs were required related to some inspection findings and also did a lot of in-person activities such as letting contractors in and out of the property, confirming work had been performed, and keeping me up to date on the progress.
