I am a brand new resident at Palmetto at Lakeside and I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy! The staff is lazy and extremely rude! They can’t even end a personal phone call to listen to you while you are in their office! They roll their eyes and get upset every time someone walks in the office because they will actually, or should, do their job! I have never dealt with people like this in my life! They pick and choose who they send nasty messages to about violations. I got a nasty email about porch furniture because I had a pub stool and folding lawn chair on my porch…I was told I had 24 hours to remove it as it was not permitted or I would be charged $250 fine. I would like to warn everybody to not get involved with this real estate group / company they are crooks and do not even deserve one star. I have stayed at the Shore House / Boat House house apartment complex in Jacksonville Florida and they have illegally evicted me, after I have previously tried to pay them and settle the previous balance they did not accept my rent payment and they have also failed in their responsibility of maintaining the proper to the point where it is unlivable and very dangerous. And here is my case number with them 2025-CC-023789 it is public record in the Duval county clerk of court system. I have been fighting for my deposit after moving out of Miramar Properties. This is despite giving proper notification, paid my rent on time every month.. Left the property spotless as opposed to having to clean it upon moving in due to how dirty it was. I have emails telling me when I will have my deposit, that time has come and gone and now no response to my emails or calls. They just keep passing the buck..

Terrible customer service I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks to receive a new lease and instead of being helped or given direct contact information for the associate whom is responsible for leases the receptionist gives out false information and continuously hangs up in my face. Apartment complex was taken over since October and I still haven’t received a lease my apartment and my neighbors roofs has been leaking water the sewerage system backed up causing major floods and still no one has came out to fix or repair anything

After living in in the apartment for over 15yrs, I move out and never recieved my deposit back. Apartment he’s developed black mold which they did nothing about. One reason for the move. I have repeatedly called and emailed to get my deposit and was told I had a pro rate for the month of July and my deposit was used for that. I moved out June 30th, keys to management July 1st yet I was prorated for 7 days!! Poor management all the way around and Michaelsons Group is poorly managed also. I would not recommend anyone moving into one of their properties.
