My experience with Mike Smalley CrossCountry Mortgage was terrible. Mike called me more when I was not a client than he did through my entire loan process. He changed so many things during the process that he missed our closing date by a day and almost cost us our deposit. He avoided phone calls and gave us a false idea of the process. I was waiting to do this review because I knew my loan would be sold or transferred to another institution. If I did not have a great attorney and a great title company who genuinely cared of my family I would be out a lot of money and not living in my new house.
